What this website collects

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are tapped. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and page performance without using cookies.

When you tap buttons such as Book, WhatsApp or Instagram, we record that the button was used so we can see which parts of the site are helpful.

Booking and messages

Online booking is provided by Setmore. When you book, the details you enter, such as your name, contact details and appointment choice, are collected by Setmore on Imogen's behalf and handled under Setmore's privacy policy.

If you contact Imogen on WhatsApp or Instagram, your message is also handled by that service under its own privacy policy. Imogen uses the information you send to reply to you and to arrange your appointment.

Maps and embedded content

The map on the homepage is provided by Google Maps and the booking window is provided by Setmore. These services may set their own cookies when they load.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies, such as _ga, to recognise returning visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long information is kept

Analytics data is kept in line with the retention settings in Google Analytics. Booking records and messages are kept for as long as they are needed to provide your treatments and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Contact Imogen using the details above. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
